The Forefront of AI Trends: Asian Gen Z sei-katsu-sha with Ylab

HCAP recently presented with Ylab, which is new-generation brand strategy consulting company, on ASEAN Gen Z sei-katsu-sha at MMA Vietnam Impact 2024. MMA Vietnam Impact 2024 is an industry conference where marketing and brand industry experts gather to demonstrate how they integrate AI solutions into their works. As a marketing & branding consulting firm based in Singapore, this was an apt opportunity for HCAP to raise awareness of AI solutions in marketing work and to engage in knowledge sharing with industry partners.


For this presentation, HCAP demonstrated how our AI solutions generated cutting-edge insights into Gen Z sei-katsu-sha from various ASEAN countries. Examples of solutions include virtual sei-katsu-sha representing Gen Z personas and analysis of brand communications from AI-powered Gen Zs’ perspectives. Virtual sei-katsu-sha refers to AI-powered chatbots created by HCAP consultants, based on market research data of Hakuhodo Global HABIT knowledge database. Brands can leverage on virtual sei-katsu-sha to help them with their work, such as conducting consumer interviews and generating new product ideas. Meanwhile, Ylab focused on research findings and brand implications for China Gen Zs.
